The transfer service was punctual and efficient, and any requests I had were quickly fulfilled. The rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The facilities at this hotel were top-notch. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service and cleanliness were excellent. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast. the location was perfect, and everything was in good condition. it was a great choice for any tourist looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was noisy and I could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms. The shower temperature was inconsistent and the water pressure was weak.

The hotel is located right on a 4-lane road, making it easily accessible for transportation and exploring the city. Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the city from the 14th floor restaurant. In the Wellness Centre, you can enjoy a thermal swimming pool with a jacuzzi hydro-massage, sauna, and hammam for a relaxing experience.

Clean facilities, helpful staff, good location near a mall and city center. Breakfast was satisfying with restaurant nearby. Transportation was easy with on-time transfers and parking available.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

the hotel's location is convenient to the city center, but we found it somewhat isolated with few nearby restaurants. we appreciated the mall nearby to purchase bottled water. the rooms were of adequate size, although some reviews complained of issues that were addressed by the attentive staff. the service exceeded expectations, and the breakfast was plentiful, with some vegetarian options. We particularly enjoyed the nice view from the spa.

The Internet service left much to be desired.

Entering the hall of the hotel is a stunning experience with its magnificent chandeliers and imperial, style furnishings. the spacious rooms are well, furnished with luxurious amenities. the Spa and wellness centre is truly delightful, featuring a thermal swimming pool with hydro, massage, sauna, hammam. the expertly trained staff provided excellent services, and I particularly enjoyed the revitalizing Ayran drink served during my wellness experience.

One minor drawback was the unavailability of free Wi, Fi in the rooms, with a 10TL fee applied to internet use. this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel had a great spa area with a thermal swimming pool and a jacuzzi hydro-massage which was very relaxing. the location was very convenient, close to the city center and plenty of restaurants around.

The hotel's breakfast was very disappointing for a 5-star hotel. There were very few options and most of the food was not fresh.
